With other words, even if someone's alone, or bored, or gloomy etc, he can feel better by doing something like:WRITING A STORY
When I was younger, I used to write lots of stories, just to escape from reality.! I have not any talent on it or something. I was writing them and keep it for myself
Few things:
Create some characters and give them names and past. Write a story based on them and place them in a new, sweet world.!
DREAMING
Just sit on your bed and dream of how the life can be in the future. Nobody can trap the thoughts.!
TAKING A WALK
With company or not, walking is always a good way to relax....I tried it.!
and many many more, of course!
You can suggest anything else you want in random subjects, if you want.!

Unfortunately or not, I only do the second, I am only dreaming..
I used to write down stories, years ago..
About the story, usually, I have a lot of stories in my mind, and I create some characters, but I find it really hard to even find a name for them.. Usually, I think up a story for them in my mind, but it is very difficult for me to write it down, because when I see it again, I always want to add something, or even change the whole backround of a character..
